Returns, Exchange and Refund PolicySportyFish takes pride in only sending out items that pass our quality checks to ensure that every customer is pleased with their purchases. Rest assured that we do not want you to receive anything less than satisfactory.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, please provide us your name, address and order number and email us at email@example.com. All return items shipping MUST be sent via your local post office under registered mail(with tracking numbers). Exchange is only allowed if you’ve ordered a wrong Product size or the Product you received is defective. The exchange Product will be in the same(colour, design, etc) based on your original order. For defective Product, please take a picture and email it to us.
All exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping must include a tracking number emailed, along with your name, address, order number and contact number to firstname.lastname@example.org at the time of shipping.
Liability for the return is with you until we received it. Refund of your return postage fee will be made via Paypal payment mode within 5 working days upon receiving the returned item(s).
We strongly recommend that you refer to our size chart at our website before stating your exchange size. We'll send your replacement Product(s) at no charge for the 1st time. However, if the Product still does not fit your size upon receiving the second time, you will be responsible for both the return shipping fee and the shipping fee for the Product to be shipped to you. If the Product(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a full refund.
You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition(with the tag still attached) as it was when received by you and is folded and packaged properly. In the event that the Product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition(washed, worn, dirty, etc), we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the Product back to you. You will be notified via email and the return shipping fee will be your responsibility.
We aim to process returns within 5 working days of their arrival back to our office address. Our warehouse staff will then check your return and original order details and if the returns are in an acceptable condition, we will process a refund back to you via Paypal payment method within 5 working days. The refund amount will be based on the original purchase price in SGD. However, we are unable to adjust any currency lost/gained due to daily currency fluctuation rates. You are liable to any Paypal fee, if any. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
On sales product(s), we will occasionally discontinue products and put them on sale to clear the remaining stock. These clearance items cannot be exchange or refunded.
