Shipping and Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
1. Printing production of T-shirts generally take between 1 to 3 working days before shipping out.

2. Singapore Orders: Within 2-5 working days(Standard Registered Mail) and 1-2 working days(Speedpost Standard) from order dispatch.

3. International Orders (Express Service): Within 1-3 working days or 3-5 working days(remote areas) from order dispatch via express shipping and service is fully trackable.

4. International Orders (Standard Registered Mail): Within 9-21 working days from order dispatch via Singapore Post(www.singpost.com). This service is ONLY trackable from Singapore to your country's post office. Please contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking numbers to check on delivery date.

5. For International orders, please take note that due to Customs agency within the destination country, it may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure. On rare occasions, these delays can range from 4 to 6 weeks.

6. *Shipment is done between Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. 

If you've ordered on a Sunday or a public holiday, shipment preparation with payment confirmation will be done on the following Monday.


What are your shipping methods?
1. International orders will be shipped using Express Services(DHL Express, UPS, Fedex) or by SingPost(www.singpost.com) in Singapore.

2. We do not ship to P.O Box addresses.

3. We do not ship to multiple addresses.


Other Shipping Informations.
1. All of our website prices are in SGD or USD dollars, and if supported, your home currency will be reflected. In the case where it is not reflected, the credit card company that you use to make payment will calculate the exchange automatically. 

2. Please remember taxes and duties may be assessed by your local customs and are your responsibility. 

3. Please note that orders sent internationally from SportyFish Pte Ltd are subject to review by Customs upon arrival to their country which might result in delayed delivery times. 

4. To ensure smooth delivery, we require that your billing telephone number and the billing & shipping addresses of all domestic and international orders match the address that is on file with the issuing bank of the credit card.

5. Local shipping is free via SingPost registered mail with a minimum of SGD45 spent.

How can I check my order?
You may track your order directly by visiting the website address of the express service company that was emailed to you or  http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.asp depending on which shipping method you chose. We'll email the tracking number to you when your order is collected or sent. Simply enter your tracking number and hit 'Track'.  
SportyFish Pte Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier.  


I've received the tracking numbers but have not received my order yet?

As frustrating as it may be, we totally understand how you feel as a customer. As shipping of orders are handled by shipping companies(DHL, UPS, Fedex, etc) or local/overseas post office, there are times that your order(s) might be delayed by Customs checks/random security/inspection measure of recipient's country and/or during holiday seasons. We would advise our customer to be more patient and wait for another few more days for your order to be delivered.

In the event that you still have not received your order after that, you can write to us at enquiry@sportyfish.com. Upon receiving your email, we'll contact the relevant shipping company or our post office to check on the status/non-delivery. Please note that for overseas order shipped via post office, we are only allowed to raise any enquiry after 18 working days from date of posting. Our local post office will contact the Overseas Postal Administration as part of their investigation and do allow up to 60 days for them to investigate and respond fully. SportyFish will update you on the status asap via email.

We regret and apologise in advance if such incidents were to happen and we seek your understanding as shipping handled by third party is not within our control. As such, we are not held responsible for any inconveniences caused.

Lastly, for any urgent shipping deliveries, we strongly advise you to opt for express services instead of by post office to avoid long waiting time.
